  I will give this shop and the owners no ratings what so ever On Wednesday 30th December 2015 I brought my genuine Micheal Kors watch in for what I thought was a simple battery change. I was horrified as I witnessed him struggling to open the case, he said dont worry I change thousands of batteries so dont worry. I paid £7.99,however he gave me £2.00 change. I thought that wasnt right. The following day while at work my watch fall off my wrist luckily on a table, plus the date hadnt changed. I went back to the cl shop to inform him but had no intentions of leaving tge watch orletting him touch it again To my horror the watch was snatched from my hand and he started opening again I raised my voice and told him not to touch it again Im only hear to inform them that hey had Brocken the watch They was rude,dismissive and told me to get out the shop. I have now taken the watch to D******** who have fixed the strap, and have replaced the part which changes the date, he explained that as soon as the watch was opened that part had fallen out and the battery had been forced in and the casing around it was bent. Ok I was being lazy as I didnt want to walk all the way to Bullring but that teaches me The watch is fixed now but wanted to put this in as a review. The customer service is none and the shop is full of tat. If you would like to take me to court Im all yours You vile vile people
