- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Worst new look i have ever been to ! Knew the item i wanted to find seen it online asked a member of staff an they were very unhelpful. The staff on the changing room were in such a bad mood didnt even smile and the women on the till was the worst service i have ever had in any shop!! Took a dress back to excahnge with the one i just tried on an she said ill have to refund the one n then pay for the other which i did n then i couldnt have a refund as had paid on a card (which i had took specifically with me as proof) which was not in my name.... an then she said oh i could have given u a credit not... by this time i had already bought the other dress. Point blank she didnt have a clue what she was doing. so now my boyfriend has to go out of his way to take the dress back as it is on his card. Point blank the staff are awful dodge this shop like the plague !!!!!By Admin, January 19, 2020
