  Dear sir,
  I was most surprised to be told by your server on the fish bar when I ordered couple of Rainbow Trout that he did not gut them as he was on his own at that time. There was no other customer at that point and I was most surprised and disappointed. However I did not make any fuss and accepted his explaination. I have been to the fish counter various time over a long period. This was today Sunday November the 3rd 2019 around 3.30pm. I did not expect this sort of service from you and may not be coming to your supermarket again. I think this admittedly is very bad service. Rating TOO LOW.
