- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I have been a patient since I was a baby 33 years ago, as a child I got some help from a physiotherapist, occupational therapist and speech therapist for some lifelong debilitating disorders Ive been born with. I required a special school; although attended a mainstream due to the distance from home... left with no qualifications/friends. However, now that Im an adult and suffer from abuse (which I also suffered from as a teen), health problems and still debilitating symptoms of disorders; I do not get any help at all - either because the GPs dont do anything, or the services they contact dont reply... and I cannot live because of it as whenever Ive been assessed by social, they do not do it fully and report wrong information back to my GPs just based on their thoughts. I do know though; that I am being left in a constant life-death situation by not receiving help I should do, and that in relation to my water (I have a swollen kidney with recurrent UTIs) the advice of the urologist in always sending up my samples is not being acted upon; it is only sometimes sent up. Along with a private assessment I had done in year 2010 for my disorders not being recognised or acted upon even though it states that I need support and I had this done due to the lack of cooperation by this practice in not sending me to a psychologist to be fully assessed. I would also like to mention, I know of 4 people that died; patients of this surgery (1 of which was treated for their illness, the others not receiving adequate care), and at least 2 people (1 hearsay) me not included, who have nearly died due to inadequate care. This seems a lot of mistakes for one surgery. Otherwise, it is a good surgery... with a great asthma nurse and other nurses.By Admin, April 13, 2020
