  I went to see a woman called d. there i had managed to get my cousin to watch my oldest children 5 and 8 but my littlest the shy one( aged 18 months) wouldnt stay with anyone so i had to bring him along i waited about 45 mins after my appointment when d. came she informed me that most parents arrange child care and she would see me but she wasnt happy about it she was very rude and abrupt when inside the room she keep askin me in a very rude tone to watch my son who was standing at the side of doing nothing several times she refered to my son being there as if it was unheard of to bring a child sorry im a single mother i dont work and i have no family that i really speak to apart from my cousin i cant enroll my son in nursery for an hour to go to the solictors. When i 1st rang to make the appointment i was told cause i was using legal aid id have to wait longer to get an appointment maybe this woman thinks she is better than everyone else i had leave the office and told her id find someone else to sort it i didnt feel comfortable talkin to a stuck up c*** who had cemented her face with makeup i had to leave as i was literally about to drag her over the desk. as i came down stairs the woman and man in the estate agency saw me and asked if i was ok i told them what had happened and they were both lovely. i also rang 3 times to complain and no one even bothered to call me back ive heard this woman has upset other people also. so professional and quality no im sorry the staff are none of these i think d. nedds to learn some people skills.
